1.Who we are

APOLLO TECH S.R.L. is the controller for this website. We are a company registered in Bucharest, Romania, CUI 52884082, Reg. J2025086743001. For anything about this notice or your data, write to privacy@apollotech.ro.

2.What this notice covers

This notice covers apollotech.ro and email correspondence sent to our addresses. MajoratFinder and Castt are separate products with their own privacy policies, linked from within each app or its own site. This notice does not cover them.

3.What we process and why

When you write to us, we process the email address and message content you send, so we can read and answer it.

Cloudflare, who hosts this site, keeps edge server logs for security: IP address, browser identifier, and timestamp. These logs are held briefly and are not used for anything beyond keeping the site secure.

This site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com to fetch them, which sends your IP address to Google. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.

We set no cookies and run no analytics.

4.Legal bases

We process email correspondence and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running this website and answering questions about our company and products (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where a specific request needs your consent, for example if we ever ask before sending something you did not request, we rely on that consent instead.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to answering you or to a related matter. Server logs are held briefly by Cloudflare for security purposes and are not retained by us separately.

6.Who receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and processes the technical logs described above as our processor. Google receives a request for font files when your browser loads this site, as described above. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

7.Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, write to privacy@apollotech.ro. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

We will update this page if what we process or why changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
